Return & Refund Policy

At BaskBelle, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of beauty, personal care, and lifestyle items, we follow a limited and clearly defined return policy.

📦 Return Eligibility (IMPORTANT)

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item is defective

  • The item is damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong item

Return requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery.

❌ We do not accept returns for convenience, change of mind, or preference reasons.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange, once delivered:

  • Perfumes, fragrances, and deodorants

  • Skincare products (creams, serums, lotions, masks, etc.)

  • Cosmetics and makeup products

  • Grooming and personal care products

  • Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with

  • Sale items and gift cards

These restrictions are in place for hygiene and safety reasons.

📝 How to Request a Return

  • Order number

  • Clear photos/videos of the defect or damage

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

If your return request is approved, we will share return instructions and the return address.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order separately after the refund is processed.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval

Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

🇪🇺 European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The item is not a personal care or hygiene product

Opened or used personal care products are not eligible for return under this clause.
